Seligor's Castle. The home of Seligor, Diddilydeedot, Dodie, and Dr. Do-Diddily and the Dee-Dot's.

Seligor's Castle is where Seligor, Dr. Do-Diddily and the Dee-Dot's,
Diddilydeedot in Dreamland,
and Dodie's Dream World all work on their websites.
They are all within the children range, though Dodie's does have a lot more classical stuff on it and the little ones might find it a bit boring.
I have just opened a couple of wee nursery pages though just in case you have one on your knee, :)

Each site has it's own home page and index, and I have been very careful not to repeat to many rhymes etc, though Toby and Tilly are in both the Castle and Dreamland and now Diddilydeedot around the world. I have mad up most of the play lists from YouTube and google. But please always check these as sometimes you get the odd person who thinks its smart to change the content. I have looked through almost 7,000 videos on you tube alone, so you can imagine how many there are.
Many of the stories, myths tales, rhymes come from books well past their hundredth birthday. I have always collected old books and up until recently sold many on Amazon. But now I use all my spare time on the websites and blogging sites.
Then there are songs to sing, many, many new rhymes to learn and pass on to the future generations.
I have been on line over fours year now and also have my Zoomshare, Wordpress, Delicious, Twitter and Facebook. Best wishes xxx Seligor

VALENTINES DAY IS NOT FAR AWAY, WHAT CAN YOU MAKE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE?

Fri, 04 Feb 2011
It will soon be Valentines Day, I hope you all read the story of St Valentine and find out why she became a Saint.
heartVALENTINES DAY
IS NOT FAR AWAY, WHAT CAN YOU MAKE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE?
IT'S EASY, A PIZZA IN THE SHAPE OF A HEART, MADE WITH YOUR LOVE.
This is a recipe more suited to those of you who have real suitors, in other words the older teen-agers, though I am sure that many of you have gorgeous sweethearts that will love eating these pizza's no matter how old they are. Shape the home-made dough into the shape of a heart, if  you were going to use an already made base then you will have to cut it into the shape of a heart. But why not make your own dough, much nicer than the bought ones and made with your love of course.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 (.25 ounce) envelope active dry yeast
  • 1-1/4 cups warm water
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 (14 ounce) can pizza sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 15 slices vegetarian pepperoni
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place bread flour, yeast, water, and 2 tablespoons olive oil into the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the Dough setting. Press Start. When the dough is finished, knead rosemary into the dough.
  2. For those of us who still have to use our hands to knead the dough, just follow the instructions on the side of the bread flour packet. then when you've made the dough you can knead in the rosemary the same.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  4. Divide the dough into three portions. Shape each piece into a heart shape about 1/2 inch thick. Brush with remaining olive oil, and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each pizza. Sprinkle cheese over pizza sauce, and arrange tomatoes, zucchini, pepperoni, and sliced olives on top.
  5. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted and crust is browned.
Hugs and kisses
