Seligor's Castle. The home of Seligor, Diddilydeedot, Dodie, and Dr. Do-Diddily and the Dee-Dot's.

Seligor's Castle is where Seligor, Dr. Do-Diddily and the Dee-Dot's,
Diddilydeedot in Dreamland,
and Dodie's Dream World all work on their websites.
They are all within the children range, though Dodie's does have a lot more classical stuff on it and the little ones might find it a bit boring.
I have just opened a couple of wee nursery pages though just in case you have one on your knee, :)

Each site has it's own home page and index, and I have been very careful not to repeat to many rhymes etc, though Toby and Tilly are in both the Castle and Dreamland and now Diddilydeedot around the world. I have mad up most of the play lists from YouTube and google. But please always check these as sometimes you get the odd person who thinks its smart to change the content. I have looked through almost 7,000 videos on you tube alone, so you can imagine how many there are.
Many of the stories, myths tales, rhymes come from books well past their hundredth birthday. I have always collected old books and up until recently sold many on Amazon. But now I use all my spare time on the websites and blogging sites.
Then there are songs to sing, many, many new rhymes to learn and pass on to the future generations.
I have been on line over fours year now and also have my Zoomshare, Wordpress, Delicious, Twitter and Facebook. Best wishes xxx Seligor

Egypt and it's music

Dee and Dot Dr. DO
DIDDILY AND THE DEE DOT'S

HERE IS A LITTLE SOMETHING I FOUND
WHILST SEARCHING THROUGH THE MANY  DIFFERENT
PLACES I HAVE ON FILE OR IN BOOKS. IT IS AT LEAST
THREE AND A HALF THOUSAND YEARS OLD AND WAS FOUND
INSCRIBED IN ONE OF THE
TOMBS
.

EGYPTIAN LOVE
POEM

I hear thy voice, O turtle
dove-
The dawn is all aglow-
Weary am I with
love, with love,
Oh, whither shall I go?
Not
so, O beauteous bird above,
Is joy to be
denied....
For I have found my dear, my
love;
And I am by his side.
We wander forth,
and hand in hand
Through flowery ways we
go-
I am the fairest in the land,
For he has
called me so.

The first three films
were made by MAH1500 and the place to find out more
about his work is at

1) In
Ancient Egyptian mythology,

Set (also spelled Seth, Sutekh or
Seteh) is an ancient god, who was originally the
god of the desert,
Storms, Darkness, and Chaos. Because of the
developments in the
Egyptian language over the 3,000 years that Set was
worshipped, by the
Greek period, the t in Seth was pronounced so
indistinguishably from th
that the Greeks spelled it as Σεθ
(Seth).

2)Reign : 13881351 BC, 18th Dynasty

Amenhotep III (sometimes
read as Amenophis III; meaning Amun is Satisfied)
was the ninth pharaoh
of the Eighteenth dynasty. According to different
authors, he ruled
Egypt from June 1391 BC-December 1353 BC or June
1388 BC to December
1351 BC/1350 BC[4] after his father Thutmose IV
died. Amenhotep III was
the son of Thutmose by Mutemwia, a minor wife of
Amenhotep's father.

3)from Ancient
Egypt

In
Egyptian mythology, Hathor
(Pronounced Hwt-Hor) (Egyptian for house of Horus)
was originally a
personification of the Milky Way, which was seen as
the milk that
flowed from the udders of a heavenly cow. She was
known as the eye of
Ra. Hathor was an ancient goddess, and was
worshipped as a cow-deity
from at least 2700 BCE during the second dynasty.
She was the daughter
of Ra and Nut. Her worship by the Egyptians goes
back earlier however,
possibly, even by the Scorpion King who ruled
during the Protodynastic
Period before the dynasties began. His name,
Serqet, may refer to the
goddess Serket. The two figures flanking the top of
both sides of the
Narmer Palette are interpreted as images of the cow
goddess. The
palette is among the earliest carved religious
images known from the
Egyptian culture. Later she was described as the
wife of Ra, the
creator whose own cosmic birth was formalised in
the Ogdoad cosmogeny
after his worship arose and displaced that of
Horus. At that time
images of Ra bear the eye motif. An alternate name
for Hathor, which
persisted for 3,000 years, was Mehturt (also spelt
Mehurt, Mehet-Weret,
and Mehet-uret), meaning 'great flood, a direct
reference to her being
the milky way.

Egyptian Band

The following two
small films where made actually on tour round and
about the Great
Pyramids

 27 March 2007

Part
1 and 2. Watch incredible things not seen on TV! My
documentary is about a
visit to the ancient sites with Emmy award winner
and symbolist expert
John West. I promise, you've never seen Egypt like
this before; the
sophistication and skill from the Ancients is
beyond amazing.
